Most churches are operational in less than an hour. You create your organization, import your members from a CSV or Excel file, and you can publish your first event immediately. We guide you through every step if needed. Larger churches with complex needs might take a few hours, but we offer free assisted setup for beta participants.
Ekklesia accepts imports from Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets for your member lists. For existing giving platform data (Planning Center, Tithe.ly, etc.), we offer assisted migration on request. We'll help you map your existing data to Ekklesia's structure and ensure nothing gets lost in the transition. Most migrations complete in under a day.
